My name is Naji Rutherford, a senior broadcast journalism student at Florida A&M University, passionate about arts, culture and politics. I am specifically interested in reporting on the intersections of how politics and cultural implications continue to shape the media landscape.

Adept in analyzing cultural trends, research and critical thinking shaped from experience as the editor-in-chief of The FAMUAN and a master’s degree in strategic communications, I am consistently pitching creative and innovative angles for digital articles and online reporting campaigns for social media.
